Khin Yadana is a graduate from Yangon University of Foreign Languages (YUFL) with a Bachelor degree, specialized in English. She then went on to Yangon University of Economics to earn a Diploma in Business Studies. She also obtained a Diploma in Secretarial Management from the Yangon Institute of Economics and the professional certification as Port Facility Security Officer in Madrid, Spain.

During her university studies, she worked as a part-time English teacher and was invited to South Korea by the Korean Government to participate in the program for University Students from Partner Countries. After graduation, she worked as a Policy and Strategy Officer at the European Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar and as a Project Officer for a European Union funded project, MYPOL in Yangon. She also participates as a volunteer for the United Nations.

Khin Yadana has extensive experience in project management, customer service, administration, training, and human resources from multinational and multicultural work environments.
