The Role of Women in Corporate Governance

On March 11, AMCHAM hosted experts from the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD), the Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business (MCRB), and the private sector to discuss advancing women�s participation in corporate governance in Myanmar. Distinguished panelists�Ma Cherry Trivedi�of MIoD,�Vicky Bowman�of MCRB, and�Sandra Min�of the Burgandy Hills Company discussed the challenges facing businesses and organizations that want to improve their own corporate governance and how we can improve this environment specifically for women.
