On September 21, the AMCHAM Legal Committee gathered at Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon for a Offshore Financing in Myanmar briefing given by Nishant Choudhary, Senior Legal Adviser of DFDL Myanmar. It was attended by over forty people. The presentation highlighted various critical points, including the eligible criteria for offshore loans in Myanmar, laws that deal with offshore financing, and security.
