DIGITAL ECONOMY FORUM II IN SIEM REAP

On August 22 and August 23, AMCHAM Myanmar took part in the two-day Digital Economy Forum, which was supported by USAID’s Digital Asia Accelerator, in partnership with MangoTango Asia in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The forum was being held in line with the ongoing efforts to strengthen the digital economies in the Indo-Pacific region, where US Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Patrick Murphy gave special remarks.
AMCHAM Myanmar participated in the special session, where representatives of business chambers in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Mongolia and Thailand spoke on the digitalization drives in their respective countries, and gained insights on the challenges and opportunities around digital issues driving economic growth.
