Congratulations to 2019 ACE Recognition Recipients!

On November 26, AMCHAM Myanmar hosted the 2019 ACE Recognition & Thanksgiving Luncheon at Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon. This annual occasion highlights member companies' corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs at a ceremony held in conjunction with a Thanksgiving luncheon. After opening remarks from AMCHAM Vice President Jonathan Perry and U.S. Ambassador H.E. Scot Marciel, 17 companies were recognized for their unique CSR programs that create long-term economic and social benefits in Myanmar communities. 2019 marks the first year of Gold status distinction recipients, companies who AMCHAM has recognized for their CSR excellence for five consecutive years. Five companies received Gold status distinction, in addition to two companies receiving Silver status distinction for three years of CSR excellence. The awards ceremony was followed by closing remarks from AMCHAM President Khin Maung Win. Guests then enjoyed a traditional American Thanksgiving luncheon. AMCHAM Myanmar congratulates all award recipients, thanks all guests, and wishes everyone a happy Thanksgiving.
