AMCHAM Myanmar hosted the second series of the new Companies Law: Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial under Companies Law, presented by Jo Daniels, Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie Yangon at the Chamber office on March 21. The briefing highlighted a summary of the basic corporate governance principles and the provisions in the new Myanmar Companies Law.
