AMCHAM MYANMAR TO HOLD A GENERAL MEETING ON SEPT 29, 2022

Dear members,

We have announced to the membership that we will be holding a General Meeting on Thursday, Sept 29 on August 11, 2022. Since then, we have seen a number of members sign up to attend our virtual General Meeting. 

At this General Meeting we will share with the membership the results of our "mini" audited financial statement for October 2021 to March 2022, which was conducted to account for the recent change in the Myanmar financial year.

The Board of Governors will also share with the membership additional updates. This year our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in April 2023. 

Please join us! We invite you to join myself and the Board of Governors to actively participate in the governance of our wonderful Chamber. We do need a quorum of corporate members to attend in order to hold the meeting so we hope you will join us. The virtual General Meeting will last approximately 30 minutes.
