AMCHAM MYANMAR GENERAL MEETING

On September 29, AMCHAM Myanmar hosted a General Meeting for the membership to give the Board of Governors the opportunity to share updates about changes to the bylaws that will effect the timing of invoicing for the 2023-2024 membership year. The Treasurer also presented the "mini budget" audited financial statement from Oct'21-Mar'22 to account for the recent change in the Myanmar financial year and the Board of Governors's decision to amend the bylaws and also change the AMCHAM Myanmar financial year to align with current, new financial year. 

Thanks to all our members who participated in the General Meeting, an official business meeting of the membership, and for your active participation in the governance of our Chamber.

Our next General Meeting will be our Annual General Meeting (the AGM) in April 2023. See you then!
