On February 1, the AMCHAM Myanmar Board of Governors and corporate partners welcomed and hosted the U.S. Ambassador to Myanmar, H.E. Scot Marciel, at the new AMCHAM Myanmar office, #19-09 Sule Square, 221 Sule Pagoda Road, Kyauktada Township, Yangon. After the meeting, Ambassador Marciel presented an update on the current economic and political environment in Myanmar to Chamber members. The briefing was followed by a Q & A session.
