2019 Consumer Protection Law Briefing

On June 4, the AMCHAM Myanmar Legal Committee provided an informational briefing about the 2019 Consumer Protection Law highlighting the liability of manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and others involved in the supply chain for defective goods. The meeting was hosted at the Chamber office.
