A U.S. non-profit organization, Pact enables systemic solutions that allow those who are poor and marginalized to earn a dignified living, be healthy, and take part in the benefits that nature provides. Pact works in over 25 countries across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Pact has worked in Myanmar since 1997, in close collaboration with government, civil society and the private sector. Pact's projects have provided microfinance to rural communities, strengthened people's livelihoods, improved access to health, promoted community resilience, and grown organizational development of Myanmar organizations.
