Shwe Me Company Limited was established in 1995 with three friends who are still the shareholders/directors in the Company. The Company activities include trading of agricultural commodities such as Beans, Pulses and Yellow Maize, Cement and Construction materials. It is also actively participating in the logistics industry, with the operations of Inland Port (which can accept coastal barges which carry international flag), warehouses and trucks through its affiliate company, Shwe Me Logistics Services Company Limited. The Company also joins hands with regional conglomerate such as SCGJWD Logistics from Thailand, Betagro Public Company from Thailand and ICP Fertilizer Company Limited from Thailand to expand its footprints in logistics, food production and agricultural resources such as fertilizer.
