uab bank is looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Risk and Security Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the security and resilience of our IT infrastructure, systems, and data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bank’s technical risk and security framework.
• Identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to address them.
• Implement security policies and procedures to protect IT systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT security issues and incidents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security or technical risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices, IT risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
