We are hiring two Senior Relationship Managers to own, design, and scale our MFI & NBFI portfolio at uab bank PCL.
If you:
✔ Proven MFI / NBFI portfolio management experience
✔ Fluent English is a MUST (additional languages are an advantage)
✔ Strong market awareness with a hunter mindset
✔ Commercially driven and relationship-focused

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the FI portfolio.
• Structure and propose financial solutions and banking products tailored to institutional clients.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure credit quality and risk compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient banking services and solutions.
• Achieve portfolio growth targets and revenue objectives.
