Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s long-term vision.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning to ensure optimal talent management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR challenges.
  • Lead key HR initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational transformation.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management team for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Any bachelor degree or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR strategy or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and implement strategic HR projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and data analytics tools is an advantage.
