Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s long-term vision.
- Drive strategic workforce planning to ensure optimal talent management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR challenges.
- Lead key HR initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational transformation.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management team for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Any bachelor degree or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR strategy or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and implement strategic HR projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and data analytics tools is an advantage.
