Requirements:
- Any bachelor degree or degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on OD or talent management.
- Expertise in designing and executing leadership and employee development programs.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
