Requirements:

  • Any bachelor degree or degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on OD or talent management.
  • Expertise in designing and executing leadership and employee development programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
