Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of strategic learning and development programs
• Assess organizational learning needs and align L&D initiatives with business goals
• Oversee talent development strategies, leadership programs, and employee skill enhancement
• Measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training opportunities and develop learning plans

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of learning methodologies, talent management, and development strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
