Senior Manager, HR Learning & Development (L&D)
We are looking for talented individuals to join our HR team in Learning & Development (L&D)! At uab bank, we believe in investing in our people, and we’re expanding our L&D capabilities to ensure that our employees have the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of strategic learning and development programs
- Assess organizational learning needs and align L&D initiatives with business goals
- Oversee talent development strategies, leadership programs, and employee skill enhancement
- Measure the effectiveness of L&D programs and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training opportunities and develop learning plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies, talent management, and development strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
