Business Development Assistant

This position is a fast track to significant levels of responsibilities and substantial earnings. 

  • Expand our Learning & Development community database
  • Generate new leads
  • Be curious. Understand the client's needs and translate them into actionable proposals
  • Learn and practice our Partner's operating systems (from USA) to improve your efficiency
  • Provide customer support to our Myanmar clients in coordination with our International Partners

Requirements

  • High level of maturity
  • Ability to function in a trust based organization 
  • Positive/ can do attitude
  • Established network in the L&D community
  • Willing to learn and develop
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Admin Executive

This job is extremely important for us as YOU will give the first impression about our company to external parties. Be it potential clients, service providers or in general any external party. And as the saying goes you have only once chance to make a first impression!

This entry position is a way to access higher positions for good potential candidates. 

  • Organize reception/ answer phones/ take messages/ welcome guests
  • Provide administrative support to the management under the leadership of our Finance and Admin Manager
  • Ensure and follow up maintenance and preventive maintenance of office premises
  • Liaise and follow up enquiries with local administration offices
  • Provide customer support to our clients in coordination with our International Partners
