Job Description
1. ERP System Management:
- Manage and optimize all aspects of ERP systems, including system configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with ERP administrators to oversee backups, updates, patches, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.
2. Software Development Project Management:
- Lead software development projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage cross-functional development teams.
- Employ agile or other project management methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business units to understand their RP and software development needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and manage expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with organizational goals.
4. ERP Governance and Strategy:
- Develop and implement ERP governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and ERP innovations to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
- Participate in IT strategy discussions and offer insights on ERP and software development opportunities and challenges.
5. Software Development Oversight:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams.
- Review code, architecture, and design to ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Promote best practices and quality assurance processes within the software development lifecycle.
6. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, developers, and Support staff.
- Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
7. Infrastructure Strategy:
- Develop and execute the organization's IT infrastructure strategy to align with business goals and growth objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
8. Network and Systems Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based services.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of servers, storage systems, and data centers.
9. Security and Compliance:
- Implement and manage IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security and data privacy.
10. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures or disasters.
- Conduct regular testing and updates of these plans.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles is beneficial.
- Proven experience in ERP system administration and software development project management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules and applications, especially on SAP.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Project management experience with project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Well knowledges on Digital Platforms such as E-commerce, Marketplace, cloud, IoT platforms
- ERP and Software Development plays a critical role in our Information Technology department, responsible for overseeing both Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and software development projects.
- This multifaceted role demands expertise in ERP technologies, software development methodologies, project management skills, and a strong commitment to aligning IT solutions with business objectives.
