Job Description
- Driving volume to achieve company goals and objectives
- Responsible to perform receive, prepare, verify, and reconcile sale volume & payment documents
- Responsible to prepare and submit document to concern parties such customer, finance, MRP&MPS etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Sale Volume, Demand forecast
- Control & perform all activities related sale & marketing tasks
- Responsible to generate leads and create a client database.
- Discover and understand the client’s needs, propose solutions to address their needs and create overall client satisfaction.
- Cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services offered by the Company.
- Needs to have a sound understanding of the products and services, excellent presentation, and have strong negotiation skills.
- Stay alert to new opportunities in the market and represent the company.
- Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients (High net worth individuals, institutions, corporations)
- Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
- Agility, and self-driven to achieve sales targets
- Any new task assignments from manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree, University Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/client sales or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage stressful situations.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment
- Requires proficiency with spreadsheet and Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Can drive a car and have driver’s license is prefer
- Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn new industry
- Highly self-driven, disciplined with “Can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills – need very responsive
- Able to read, understand and speak English
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
