Andaman Capital is looking for a new Junior Associate to join our dynamic team in Yangon. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across regenerative agriculture, blue carbon, microfinance, and beyond.

Your tasks will include:

• Conducting research on markets, industries, and business opportunities
• Coordinating business logistics and project operations
• Contributing to reports, presentations, and other visual materials
• Supporting project teams with documentation, analysis, and admin

What we’re looking for: 

• A university degree (preferably in business, economics, or finance)
• Fluent in both English and Burmese (written & spoken)
• Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
• 2–3 years of work experience, ideally in a professional or international environment 
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• A self-starter who thrives in both team and independent settings
