Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth studies of foreign markets to support the export and sale of the company’s products internationally.
- Design and execute effective export marketing strategies and plans tailored to each market.
- Research and report on Labeling Laws, Import Procedures, Consumer Protection Laws, Food Laws, Customs Duties, and Tax regulations in target countries.
- Analyze competitor pricing and evaluate product positioning in the international market.
- Implement country-specific market promotion strategies to achieve export sales targets.
- Oversee the complete export sales cycle, both online and offline.
- Identify and engage with suitable distributors or partners in target foreign markets.
- Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of product samples and quotations to international buyers.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with overseas clients.
- Collaborate with international logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyze the pricing structure and profitability by country.
- Prepare accurate and timely export sales reports, including performance evaluations and improvement actions.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets set for each region.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in export sales or international business.
- Solid understanding of export regulations, labeling laws, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in English and working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international standards such as ISO, HACCP, and GHP.
- Ability to generate detailed reports and collaborate effectively with overseas clients.
- Willingness to travel abroad as required.
