Job Description

  • Responsible to develop and execute strategy to drive profitable online channel growth.
  • Manage and develop P&L and drive market growth
  • Set up the E-Commerce channel and oversee the overall business operations of e-commerce
  • Planning, Executing & Handling complete business operations of e-commerce at each level
  • Maintain brand image through the implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Strategies formulation and implementation through various digital platforms
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
  • Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending
  • Manage & develop a team to achieve key metrics, to reach the sales, growth and company goals
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies 
  • Improve and innovate the whole e-commerce experience to optimize selling.
  • Enhance Product Development Knowledge
  • Develop Market Positioning Strategy and Roadmap
  • Digital/Performance Marketing knowledge

Job Requirement

  • Relevant Management Information System degrees or BCSC and Marketing
  • With MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, category management or marketing management
  • Experienced working as a head/senior manager or executives at Amazon, Lazada, Alibaba or other similar medium size e-commerce platforms will be preferred
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Business Acumen
