Job Description

• Achieve sales objectives for assigned products and expand market share within the relevant market.
• Develop and implement an effective distribution network to meet business objectives in alignment with company procedures and policies.
• Execute marketing campaigns and activities developed by the company.
• Plan and manage sales calls for the designated sales team, ensuring proper frequency and coverage of current customers while exploring new prospects within the medical industry.
• Lead the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
• Forecast individual sales targets for the assigned region, manage stock effectively in each territory, and provide monthly sales and stock reports to management.
• Conduct regular visits to key customers, providing insights on market trends, industry updates, and competitor activities to management.
• Manage customer relationships within the assigned region, ensuring full accountability for all customers.
• Oversee stock reserves and forecasts to ensure product availability.
• Serve as a valuable resource and provide solutions to customers regarding medical equipment matters.
• Travel regularly within the assigned sales region, both in and out of the city.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Over 5 years of sales experience
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching, directing, mentoring, and delegation
• Capable of making decisions and working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong selling, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Results-oriented
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel frequently, both in and out of the city
