Since the passing of
the amendments to the Vacant Fallow and Virgin (VFV) Lands Management Law in
October 2018, there have been many questions regarding the implementation of
the law and implications for businesses who may be operating on, or interested
in, VFV land. The AMCHAM Legal Committee and the Energy & Natural Resources
