The AMCHAM Tax Committee invites members to a round table discussion. The presentation will cover updates on key changes in the Union Taxation Law (UTL) 2018, including provisions relating to the change of fiscal year end for both state-owned enterprises and private taxpayers, and the removal of the tax amnesty rule that was proposed under the previous draft UTL 2018.
