Ayuroma has successfully executed debt and equity deals with local and international banks along with syndicated facilities with Development Finance Institutes such as IFC, an investment arm of World Bank. Ma Cherry has more than 22 years’ experience in Corporate Mergers & Acquisition and Operational Restructuring of Companies as well as multiple Startup developments in US and Myanmar. Ma Cherry is a passionate Women Development Advocate and a strong proponent of Corporate Governance in Myanmar.  She currently serves as chairwomen of Women Corporate Directors Chapter in Myanmar, and as a Governor on the Board of The American Chamber of Commerce, Myanmar. As of December 2018, she has been appointed as Executive Board Member and CEO of Myanmar Institute of Director. This is a newly established, independent organization promoting corporate governance standards and best practices in Myanmar governed by a board of directors comprising of government regulators, public and private sector representatives.  The institute aims to advance board professionalism, promote business ethics and transparency, create networks between corporate leaders and stakeholders, and boost investor confidence in Myanmar’s private sector. Ma Cherry Holds an MBA and a BA, from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, USA.  She is fluent in English, Burmese and Hindi Languages.  She is a Myanmar born, US citizen with a Singapore and Myanmar Permanent Residency Permit. She splits her time between Myanmar and Singapore where she resides with her husband and two children.Vicky Bowman has been the Director of Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business (MCRB) since July 2013. Prior to that, she led global mining company Rio Tinto's policy approach to transparency, human rights and resource nationalism/resource curse issues from 2011. She was Director of Global & Economic Issues and G8 sous-Sherpa for the United Kingdom from 2008-2011 and Head of the Southern Africa Department in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the UK Government from 2006-2007. Vicky served as ambassador of the UK to Myanmar from 2002-2006 and as second secretary in the Embassy from 1990-1993. She has also worked in Brussels as Member of Cabinet of European Commissioner Chris Patten (1999-2002) and as press spokeswoman for the UK representation to the EU (1996-1999). Vicky has an MA in Natural Sciences (Pathology) from University of Cambridge, is an Honorary Fellow of Pembroke College and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of University of Bradford (Division of Peace Studies and International Development). She speaks Burmese and is married to Myanmar artist Htein Lin.Sandra Min is an experienced senior executive, bringing years of successful leadership in financial services, start-ups, business development, and client management in both developed and emerging markets. She has worked extensively on corporate and transaction banking solutions, strategic partnerships with financial institutions, business and operational restructuring, commercial and multi-lateral debt and equity deals, private equity, risk and compliance management, business strategies and solutions for both affluent corporate, individual high-net-worth stakeholders, and start-ups. Sandra founded the Burgundy Hills Company in 2016, an agribusiness and food venture focused on Myanmar. Since then, she has successfully set up agri-processing facilities across Myanmar, expanded business and team of employees, growers, aggregators, and trading partners. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Global Women Corporate Directors - Myanmar Chapter, and also serves as an independent board director of a microfinance Institute, a board member of a local non-profit child development foundation, and is a committee member of the Myanmar Corn Industrial Association. Prior to founding and managing the Burgundy Hills Company, she worked for Yoma Strategic Holdings Singapore, Yoma Bank in Myanmar, and Fortune 100 financial and franchise companies in the U.S. She is also a member and trainer of Myanmar Institute of Directors. Sandra is an alumnus of the University of California.
