Employment law in Myanmar is governed by a patchwork
of legislation which can be challenging for employers to navigate. Particularly
the standard employment contract has been the topic of much discussion.
The AMCHAM HR Committee invites you to a presentation focusing on two key areas:

and local employees
♦ Managing overtime issues with various levels of
employees
The presentation will take an in-depth look at these two employment issues and
propose possible solutions for addressing them. The HR Committee welcomes
