The AMCHAM Human Resources Committee will be hosting a roundtable discussion on the topic of employee engagement. The discussion will include presentations on the concept and the path forwards in the Employee Satisfaction Survey framework. RMA Group and Grand Royal will present case studies of their companies' ESS methods, and Dale Carnegie will offer their approach to employee engagement. There will also be time for further sharing and Q&A between members. All AMCHAM members are welcome to attend and we look forward to your input and participation.
