Genuine part-time
employment in Myanmar – it's possible!The
AMCHAM Human Resources Committee is hosting a roundtable discussion on
structuring of part-time employment contracts in Myanmar. Grant Honeyman, Head
of HR for RMA Myanmar, will present a case study detailing how one organization
in Myanmar introduced real part-time employees into its workforce using
Township Office approved Employment Contracts, despite the lack of a detailed
legal framework for this type of employment category. The presentation will be
followed by a roundtable discussion for members to ask questions and share

Grant Honeyman is the Country HR and Administration Manager for RMA Myanmar,
part of the RMA Group who operate a number of businesses in Myanmar and more
broadly in the South East Asian region. Grant has been working in the HR space
for some 20 years and has spent the last 5 years working in both Myanmar and
Laos.
