conferences and has conducted roundtable sessions on the topic of Compensation
Management in over 10 countries, including Haiti, Ghana, Indonesia, Ethiopia,
Tanzania, and Kenya. Benette has completed more than 100 total compensation surveys conducted remotely
from the Birches Group Manila Data Center, in addition to over 20 compensation
surveys conducted on-the-ground in Africa. She is a graduate of Bachelor of
Arts in European Studies (Business Track), with a Minor Degree in French
Studies and a Minor Degree in History. She loves to travel and hopes to hit a count
of 50 countries before she turns 40. In her free time, she cooks, dabbles in
