The Department of Trade under the Ministry of Commerce
is in the process of drafting a new Trade Law to replace the existing Export
Import Law 2012. AMCHAM
members may find an unofficial English translation of the most recent draft of
the new law at this link.
The AMCHAM Legal Committee will be hosting a meeting
on Tuesday, November 19 at 4 pm to discuss this draft with interested members.
The committee will be gathering questions and feedback which AMCHAM will submit
to MOC. All AMCHAM members are welcome to attend and we look
forward to your input and participation.Date
