U.S. Embassy Bangkok will give a brief overview of how the U.S. Department of
Commerce is working to support U.S. commercial interests in the market; discuss
their vision for expanding that support; and solicit input from members on challenges
and opportunities they see in the market.
Dean will also give an overview of the latest U.S.-Myanmar trade trends;
examine the type of inquiries they are seeing from companies looking at the
market, and explore ways to deepen collaboration with the AmCham Myanmar
Chapter in order to better serve the needs of U.S. companies entering the
market.
