Mon Mon Hlaing is a senior business and public affairs leader with over 20 years of experience across FMCG, financial services, and manufacturing sectors in Myanmar. She currently leads PACS for Myanmar and Cambodia, supporting multinational companies in navigating complex regulatory environments while advancing responsible and sustainable business practices.

Her career spans senior leadership roles in marketing, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement, with deep experience driving growth in highly regulated environments. Mon Mon is known for her ability to balance commercial objectives with regulatory compliance and to translate global governance and sustainability standards into practical local action.

She holds an MBA from the Yangon Institute of Economics and is a Fellow of the Asia Pacific Leadership Program at the East‑West Center in Hawaii.
