Khin Maung Win (“Khin”) is the Chairman and CEO of MSP Group, which represents Caterpillar in Myanmar - a company delivering advanced solutions across energy, power, transport, construction, marine, and resource sectors.

Khin launched his career in the mining industry in Indonesia and Singapore before founding MSP Group. He completed an Executive Leadership program with Stanford GSB and Caterpillar and previously served as the President of the AMCHAM Myanmar (2017–2020). A passionate cyclist, he now leads Myanmar Cycling Federation.
