July Ko Ko is an accomplished Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) expert with over 15 years of diverse experience spanning emergency response, sustainable agriculture, seed sector development, politics, maternal and child health, and tropical diseases. Holding a B.Sc. in Physics from Pathein University, he has collaborated with UN agencies, local and international non-profits, and academic institutions.

He specializes in designing and managing MEAL frameworks, enhancing data systems, and building the capacity of stakeholders across various sectors. Among his notable achievements, July played a key role in Myanmar’s 2015 general election, serving as a regional coordinator to coach government staff on voter management applications. Additionally, he contributed to groundbreaking research on tropical diseases and collaborated with Myanmar's Ministry of Health and Sports through the Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit (MORU) prior to the political crisis.
