We are thrilled to announce an open call for proposals for the AMCHAM Social Impact Donation Fund (SID Fund)! If your organization is passionate about contributing to a better tomorrow across key social impact themes in non-urban communities in Myanmar, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
What We’re Looking For: The AMCHAM Social Impact Fund aims to support 5 to 10 social development projects in non-urban areas of Myanmar, with the goal of enhancing the quality of life for individuals. With the support from this initiative, the funding is available for projects in the following areas;
- Education
- Health & Safety
- Livelihood Sustainability
- Micro-Enterprise Development
- Women & Youth Empowerment
- Agriculture
Eligibility to Apply:
- Legally registered Myanmar entities, institutions or organizations.
- Non-profit/non-governmental organizations and community support organizations.
- Commercial or/for-profit organizations including business service organizations with social impact themes
Key Details:
- Submission Deadline: from May 30, 2024, to September 1, 2024. Early submission is strongly encouraged.
- Funding Available: Estimated MMK 4 million to 32 million (for each organization) to support a number of impact projects that enhance the economic and social development of people living in non-urban communities in the country.
- Project Duration: Can be up to 12 months
