Job Description

  • Driving volume to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Responsible to perform receive, prepare, verify, and reconcile sale volume & payment documents
  • Responsible to prepare and submit document to concern parties such customer, finance, MRP&MPS etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Sale Volume, Demand forecast
  • Control & perform all activities related sale & marketing tasks
  • Responsible to generate leads and create a client database.
  • Discover and understand the client’s needs, propose solutions to address their needs and create overall client satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services offered by the Company.
  • Needs to have a sound understanding of the products and services, excellent presentation, and have strong negotiation skills. 
  • Stay alert to new opportunities in the market and represent the company.
  • Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients (High net worth individuals, institutions, corporations)
  • Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
  • Agility, and self-driven to achieve sales targets
  • Any new task assignments from manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree, University Graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/client sales or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage stressful situations.
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment
  • Requires proficiency with spreadsheet and Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Can drive a car and have driver’s license is prefer
  • Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn new industry
  • Highly self-driven, disciplined with “Can-do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills – need very responsive
  • Able to read, understand and speak English
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
